I am an 82-year-old male with a history of severe back injuries. I am very active working as an electrician, hiking, working out, and swimming.

On May 2, 2022, I reinjured my back while repairing my Cargo Van. I was in extreme pain, and could not sleep or perform my daily activities.

I found Doctor Holland’s office near my home. I was looking for a chiropractor because in past they were professionals who successfully treated my back injuries.

Dr. Holland examined me and gave me a treatment regime consisting of a combination of electrical stimulation in areas of my back (source of my injury), mechanical manipulation in the same areas, and finally hands-on man­ipulation by Dr. Holland. He also gave me direction to perform exercises which relieved my pain. After two visits I was relieved of 90% of my pain and after four visits, I was back to work and back to physical activities (which included a five mile hike over
rough terrain).

I was initially impressed with Dr Holland’s combination of therapies and wondered why other DC’s in my past were not using this approach. I am even more impressed with the results I am experiencing and highly recommend Dr Holland. He is extremely intelligent and applies his intellect in a practical way which achieves positive results quickly.
